Nach einer Neuinstallation des WSUS erstellen die Clients keinen Bericht und holen auch keine Updates ab.
In "C:\Windows\Windowsupdate.log" steht

Ursache: Der WSUS hat nicht die für die Clients passende Version.
Dann am WSUS den Patch KB2720211 herunterladen und installieren:

Update! Es gibt einen neuen Patch 282815, der den oben genannten beinhaltet:

Danach an den Clients diesen Befehl ausführen:
wuauclt /resetauthorization /detectnow
